By making a booking with us or accessing the facilities made available by Baari Lifestyle Private Limited under the brand name NeherBaari, you agree to  comply with these terms and conditions. We request you to carefully read through the terms and conditions for your knowledge and awareness.

Seats:

NeherBaari offers you two types of seats to choose from depending on your preference and requirements available:

1. Hot seats
2. Meeting rooms – 2PAX and 6PAX 

Types of booking:

1. Hot seat hourly pass* – INR 120/-
2. Hot seat day pass – INR 800/-
3. Meeting room (2 PAX) hourly pass* – INR 590
4. Meeting room (6 PAX) hourly pass* – INR 800/-
5. Flexible bundle passes
6. Monthly passes

*In the event of walk-ins or extension of existing booking, the full hourly rate shall apply once the hour has started. No exception will be made for half hour usage unless approved by management.

Unless otherwise informed, all prices are inclusive of GST. 

For bundle and monthly passes, please inquire at info@neherbaari.com or ping us at +91 9871324386. All discounts applied to any bundles or monthly passes shall be subject to update by management with reasonable notice. Without prejudice to the above, all roll over bundle pass purchases will expire on 31st March of the given financial year and will not roll over to the next financial year.

• HOUSE RULES

At NeherBaari, we respect each other’s space to work as they wish and for this purpose it is important for everyone to adhere to some important house rules so that all our patrons feel comfortable and are enabled to be their best versions. We have a zero tolerance policy for unprofessional behaviour at our workplace and we request all our patrons to be strict adherence to the following rules:

1. Indoor voices: Work without creating excessive noise or disturbing other patrons. When taking phone calls, step out or if your day is peppered with meetings, book a Phone Booth instead of a hot seat. Short phone calls may be taken in common areas so long as others in your vicinity are not disturbed.
2. Know your boundaries: Respect the workspace given to you. Don’t scatter your things such that they may encroach on another patron’s space. Keep your wires, notebooks, headphones, etc. in a tidy and organised manner. We shall not be responsible for any damage or loss of your devices or other things except if such damage is directly caused by us.
3. Be careful with drinks and food: While you may eat or drink at the desk, ensure that no food is untidily left at the desk or causes any damage to others working around you. As you are done, ensure that the dishes are returned to the pantry. No one likes the look or smell of rotting food or drink.
4. Confidentiality: You are responsible for your own confidentiality. When working in the common areas, ensure that your devices are locked and notebooks closed before you leave your desk to take a break. You also must respect another person’s confidentiality as you expect to respect your own so everyone is expected to ensure professional etiquette.
5. Legal and safe online presence: You must refrain from reaching, reviewing and/or uploading any electronic sites, data, files and other materials whose content is illegal, immoral or otherwise breaches the law or third parties’ rights, including intellectual property rights through our network. More specifically, patrons should refrain from a) visiting websites which contain illegal, hateful or improper content; b) Using the computer to perform any form of fraud, software, film, music or any other kind of piracy; c) Downloading software or any copyrighted material belonging to third parties unless such download is permitted under a license or other agreement; d) hacking into unauthorized areas; e) Introducing any form of malicious software into our network. We maintain the right to monitor the volume of internet traffic and sites visited and to impose certain restrictions or other technical means to limit or avoid above illegal actions. However, any liability and/or sanction for such violations will be borne by the person/s who performed the offence and they will indemnify Baari Lifestyle Private Limited for any claims, damages and/or sanctions that may be imposed on it or its management for such violation. 
6. See something say something: If you see something untoward, illegal or distasteful being done by a patron, including without limitation, surfing/watching pornographic material, illegal use of the network, harassment of patrons, we request you to immediately report the matter at the counter.
7. No filming or recording: Patrons are not allowed to film, take pictures or record the NeherBaari workspace, conference rooms and other areas without the express written permission from the store manager and if any other patrons or persons appear in such recording, you may do so only with their individual express permission. You will indemnify Baari Lifestyle Private Limited for any claims by any individuals for films or recordings made by you without their express permission.
8. We are a sober zone: NeherBaari is a no smoking and no alcohol zone. You may smoke in the designated smoking zones of the building we are housed in. We have a zero tolerance of any patrons entering or using the facility in an inebriated state.
9. Health and safety: You must comply with all on-site health and safety rules informed to you on-site, including via website notices or on-site guidelines.

• LEGAL PROVISIONS

Acceptance of these Terms and conditions

Any services provided to our patrons as well as their presence at NeherBaari premises shall be subject to these Terms and Conditions. NeherBaari reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time and publish them through its website/platform.

No Unlawful or Prohibited Use

As a condition for use of NeherBaari services you hereby declare that you shall not use such services for any purpose that is illegal or prohibited or which may damage or impair NeherBaari’s reputation or that of its its staff and other patrons.

Right to Disclose Information

NeherBaari shall use, store and process your personal data collected for the purpose of using its services in accordance with applicable laws and regulations and its Personal Data Policy available at <<insert link>>. 

Confidentiality

As NeherBaari patrons, you acknowledge and declare that during your visit of our premises and use of our services, you may be exposed to confidential information pertaining to us and/or other patrons. Confidential information shall be considered any information that relates to NeherBari, its staff or its patrons which is nonpublic and confidential in nature, as well as information about business, sales, operations, know-how, products, employees, customers, marketing plans, financial information, business affairs, any information obtained through examination or access to the facilities, computer systems and/or books and records of NeherBaari, its staff or patrons or other information that is known or has reason to be known as confidential. All patrons should keep above Confidential Information in strict confidence and not disclose it to any third parties, nor to use it without the permit of the person/s such information belongs to. This obligation is not applicable if the disclosure of Confidential Information is required by law or by a lawful order of the court or other authority.

Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by law, NeherBaari provides the services “as is” and hereby disclaim with regard to services any warranties and conditions, explicit or implied, including but not limited to any warranties or duties as to merchantability, fitness for particular purpose, use, results or lack of negligence. Further, NeherBaari, its directors and staff shall not be liable for any indirect and consequential loss or damage, including loss of profit, loss of confidential or other information, business interruption, personal injury loss of privacy, failure to meet any duty arising out of or in any way related to the participation or inability to participate in or use the services, of provision of or failure to provide the services, or otherwise under or in connection with any agreement for use of our services.

Limitation of Liability

Notwithstanding the damages that may be incurred, including indirect or consequential damages addressed above, our total liability shall not exceed the lesser of: (a) actual loss suffered; or (b) the fees paid for the relevant booking.

Termination

NeherBaari reserves its right to suspend or terminate any of the services hereunder at any time. NeherBaari may terminate any membership, registration or subscription for use of any of the services provided hereunder with immediate effect in case of breach of these Terms and Conditions.
